5. Who sees your data? (Almost nobody.)

Your data is processed exclusively by Deltopide. No personal data is sold, rented, or transferred to third parties.

Technical sub-processors:

  • Infomaniak (Switzerland): complementary cloud hosting

6. Transfers Outside the European Union

Your data is hosted on our private infrastructure in France and Switzerland. It is never transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), except for browsing data processed by Google Analytics (Google servers, DPF EU-US compliance).

7. Data Retention Period

  • Contact data: 12 months after the last exchange
  • Client data: duration of the contract + 3 years (legal statute of limitations)
  • Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligations)
  • Browsing data: 14 months maximum (Google Analytics)

8. Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to measure audience. These cookies are only set with your consent. For more details, please consult our cookie policy.

9. Your Rights

11. How we protect your data

Deltopide implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data:

  • HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.3) across the entire site
  • Infrastructure hosted in Europe (France / Switzerland)
  • Restricted data access (SSH key authentication)
  • Regular encrypted backups
  • Firewall and intrusion detection (fail2ban)
  • No plaintext password storage

12. Your project stays confidential — always

All data collected as part of our services remains strictly confidential. Information provided by our clients (documents, business data, configurations, access credentials) is never shared, used for other purposes, or retained beyond the time necessary for service delivery.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available for download and can be signed before any exchange of sensitive information.

13. Changes

This policy may be updated at any time. The last modification date is indicated at the top of the page. In case of substantial changes, we will inform users by email or by notification on the website.
